For me, the teacher should have 5 skills to be able to come up with effective board display. The teacher must have a good topic to do a good bulletin board. The teacher should be a resourceful one, so that costly materials will be avoided.. The teacher should place good information, facts, and trivia so that it can caught attention and learning will take place. The teacher must be creative in designing the bulletin board. And lastly, the teacher must be open minded in accepting praise and criticisms.
I'm good not only in designing bulletin board, I'm also good in designing different stuff.
I'm not a resourceful person before, but now I'm trying by doing simple things.
